Tamara brings her certification as a Master Somatic Coach, depth of life experience, 30+ years of personal development, and dedication to lifelong learning to help women live their lives fully lit up and to navigate more successfully the transitions in their lives with awareness, intention, and grace. 

She is no stranger to change as transitions have been a continuous theme in her life.  How quickly and well you navigate challenges corresponds with your awareness of your habits, ability to center quickly, and willingness to tolerate discomfort and care more about what you find deeply meaningful.

Tamara is a certified Master Somatic Coach utilizing somatic awareness and processes to positively impact the negative conversation in women’s heads so they live more grounded in their bodies, believe in their value, and raise the tide of those they touch by sharing their gifts and light without reservation or apology.
